Terms and Conditions
The following terms and conditions apply to all transactions on www.madmongos.com (the "website") and your use of the website itself.
You may want to print a copy of these for future reference. MADMONGOS is a sole trader and operates the website.
In these terms "we" refers to MADMONGOS and "you" and "your" refers to any visitor to the website or any MADMONGO customer.
Cheque and postal order payments.
MADMONGOS can accept cheques and postal orders. Please contact us first. This service is for the UK only. Goods will not be posted until the cheque has been cleared which will be 7 working days. Then normal delivery times will occur.
Prices & currencies accepted
All prices are shown on the website in £ sterling (GBP). All payments which will include all taxes, delivery, shipping and handling fees are processed via PAYPAL and only cards accepted by PAYPAL can make payments. MADMONGOS can accept payment in £ sterling (GBP). All currencies will be converted to GBP (£ Sterling) and you will be liable for any exchange rate charges made by your card provider.
All prices are as stated on the website but MADMONGOS reserves the right at any time to revise the price of goods without notice.
Availability
All goods are subject to availability and may be changed at any time. If your order cannot be fulfilled you will be offered an alternative or given a full refund. MADMONGOS will contact you to arrange this via email within 3 working days.
Payment Details & Security
All electronic payments to MADMONGOS are handled securely by PAYPAL (Internet Service Payment Providers). PAYPAL accept payment by MasterCard, Visa, Visa Delta, Switch, JCB, Eurocard and Solo (and any other card agreed by them from time to time). Payment will be debited from your card or account before the dispatch of the goods you have purchased. MADMONGOS does not hold your credit or debit card details as all card data is processed securely by PAYPAL.

Delivery
Please allow 5-10 working days for delivery.
Lost or Damaged Goods
In the event that any goods are lost or damaged in transit please contact us immediately via email
In the case of non-delivery please wait 10 working days from the date of your order in case it has been delayed. In case of goods received damaged or faulty please retain the goods and contact us within 10 days of receipt, whereupon we will arrange for the damaged or faulty goods to be exchanged or we will provide a refund of the cost of the goods to the card the goods were purchased on.
Returns & Refunds
MADMONGOS is committed to providing the best customer service available. If you are not completely happy with your purchase, simply return the unused goods to us in their original condition within 14 days of receipt.
Unfortunately, we cannot make a refund for goods which have been stained by make-up, deodorant or perfumes whilst being tried on or have been damaged by you after receipt.
We will issue a refund (which will not include the costs of delivery) on receipt of unused goods. Refunds will only be made to the credit or debit card on which the purchase was made. Please include the receipt and a note saying who you are and whether you want a refund or to exchange it for a different size or colour. Please send an email first.:
The goods are your responsibility until they reach us. For your own protection, we recommend that you send the goods using a delivery service that insures you for the value of the goods.
Complaints & Queries
Should you ever have cause to make a complaint, we will endeavour to respond within five working days.

Warranties
MADMONGOS is unable to provide any warranties in relation to goods provided over and above its statutory obligation to provide goods of satisfactory quality in accordance with the Sale of Goods Act 1979 as amended by the Supply of Goods and Services Act 1994.
This does not affect your statutory rights as a consumer.
Availability of website
We will use all reasonable endeavours to ensure that this website does not have any problems and that the goods displayed are available. However, we cannot guarantee the availability of the website or that any goods on the website are in stock or available.
Intellectual Property Rights
The rights in the designs and the content of this website are owned by MADMONGOS. They are protected by copyright and other intellectual property rights. You may not copy, reproduce, modify, distribute or display any part of this site without permission.
All trademarks, product names and company names or logos featured on the website are the property of their owners.
Right to Alter Terms and Conditions
We reserve the right to alter these terms and conditions without notice from time to time.
Jurisdiction
These terms and conditions will be governed by the laws of Scotland, England and Wales and by using the website you agree to submit to the exclusive of the courts of Scotland, England and Wales
Posting & Delivery
UK
Standard Delivery - within 5-10 working days - cost £1.95 and then £1.00 for each additional item.
Delivery will usually be within 5 working days (within the UK only) of your payment being processed by PAYPAL, or your cheque/postal order being cleared.
Should there be any substantive delay in delivery then we will notify you by email within 3 working days and will arrange an alternative delivery schedule or offer a refund.
EUROPE & REST OF THE WORLD
Standard Delivery – Up to 21 days - cost £2.95 Europe and then £1.00 for each additional item, £3.95 Rest of the World and then £1.00 for each additional item.
Delivery will usually be within 14 working days of your payment being processed by PAYPAL.
Should there be any substantive delay in delivery then we will notify you by email within 3 working days and will arrange an alternative delivery schedule or offer a refund.
